The Collaborative Parent & Child Educational Advocacy

Our purpose:

The Collaborative Parent & Child Educational Advocacy (the CPCEA) was formed to help parents navigate the Illinois special education system and to provide the best education possible for their child.

Dr. Paula Insley Miller has assisted me with acquiring services for my sister who is developmentally delayed. We have made great strides in achieving this. Dr. Miller's services are exceptional and I am grateful for her assistance.
